Vine Grove @ Yishun which is nestled within the central green of Yishun Ring and Yishun Avenue 4, is a proposed public housing development with a total of 696 units comprising of 5 blocks of 13-storey residential buildings, 1 block of multi-storey carpark with Electrical Sub-station, community facilities such as children’s playground, adult fitness stations, elderly fitness stations, resting shelters and many more. In addition, group gatherings can be convened at the precinct pavilion while the education centre will provide much convenience to students.

The development house standard flats in 2, 3 and 4 rooms include three-quarter height windows in the living/dining area and half height windows in the other rooms. In order to enable greater flexibility in the use of space between the bedroom and living room, a full height laminated sliding door was constructed instead of the standard door.
