Common Services Tunnel (2011)

The Common Services Tunnel (CST) comprises a purpose built underground tunnel network ― housing various utility piping and cabling such as district cooling water, electricity, telecommunications and water services for distribution to developments in the Marina Bay area. 

This is the first comprehensive network of such a big scale in South-East Asia. Constructed by Koh Brothers, this project involved 2 contracts for Phase 1 and 1B & 2, with a total contract sum of S$208 million for the construction of the 1.2km and 1.8km underground tunnels network respectively.
