Koh Brothers set up its first concrete batching plant in the 1960s at Sungei Pang Sua, Singapore. Our Building Materials division, G&W Ready-Mix and G&W Precast, provide total ready-mixed concrete solutions to the construction industry. Our products include ready-mix concrete and high-quality pre-cast concrete, which is now customizable to suit more challenging building designs. 

In October 2013, G&W opened its first precast plant in Senai, Malaysia to complement its existing precast plants in Singapore to boost its production capacity to cater to higher demand for high quality precast components in Singapore and Malaysia.

From an initial set up with only two batching plants in 1979, we are today an established manufacturer and supplier of high quality ready-mix concrete with a total of 6 batching plants and 63 mixer-trucks in Singapore.

Established in 1998, G & W Precast Pte Ltd is one of the leading precasters in Singapore approved by BCA and HDB. It owns precast yards in Singapore and has invested in a massive yard in Senai. The combined area of the 2 precast yards is about 6.6 hectares, capable of holding 11 fully equipped production bays producing all types of precast components for both public and private development projects.

G & W Precast Pte Ltd provides technical and practical precast solutions to its customers to help them meet cost and schedule needs, with technical support provided from the design stage through to installation.
