In 1993, Koh Brothers established its Real Estate Division through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Koh Brothers Development Pte Ltd (KBD). KBD has a strong track record of developing innovative 'lifestyle-and-theme' developments.

For example, the Starville project launched in 2003 was the first to introduce a star-gazing observatory, complete an astronomy theme. Another notable project was Bungalows@Caldecott, launched in October 2006, a four-units-only luxe project uniquely designed with a number of firsts in Singapore ― including bathrooms studded with Swarovski wall crystals and a specially-designed water conservation system. Another key development is Lincoln Suites, set to be completed in the middle of 2013. This freehold condominium will offer an impressive array of recreational facilities, including a 360-degree Spa Pool,  a sky gym and garden, and even thematic communal dining facilities.

KBD has also ventured into the regional property markets in Batam, Indonesia, Our completed projects include building 28 units of double-storey terrace houses at Jodoh Permai, and 25-units of 3-storey shophouses at Nagoya Point.
