What we do

Leisure & Hospitality

In the early 1990s, Koh Brothers started to diversify into the leisure and hospitality industry. The Group began with a vision to offer comfort and convenience to cost-conscious business and leisure travelers in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. In August 1993, the first hotel was built: Asian Hotel Saigon, a 47-room 3-star hotel located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

In 1997, the Group opened Oxford Hotel, located in Singapore’s Central Business District. With its prime location and its 135 well-appointed guest rooms, the hotel is known for its excellent value for money accommodation. In addition, the Group also owns Alocassia Apartments, a Service Apartment with 45 units of suites, located in the prime district of Bukit Timah Road. When renovations are completed in 2011, it will be supported by an exclusive mall comprising restaurants and shops, operating under the Oxford brand name.
